ラプチャーネットワークアソシエイション（以下RNA）及び株式会社フクウエンタープライズ（以下fe）は、 両者（以下「当サイト」と言います）が運営する「ライフサポートクリエイティブポイントサービス ラップポイント」の利用について、 以下のとおり本規約を定めます。 第1条（会員資格） 1 会員とは本規約を承認の上、会員申し込み者本人がインターネットを使って当サイトが運営するホームページより登録申請を行うか、当会会員である紹介者を通じ登録申請書を提出した者を言い、当サイトが入会を認め会員ＩＤを貸与され各サプライヤーが定める所定会費または当サイト所定会費を納めた者を言います。 2 本サービスマーケット会員以外は満18歳以上でなければならないものとします。 3 会員は、本規約に基づき当サイトが運営する「ライフサポートクリエイティブポイントサービス ラップポイント」へ参加し、当サイトの運営するラプチャーシティRAPマーケット等のプロダクツをメンバー特典価格等にて購入することができ、貯まったポイントによる購入、交換及び出品サービスの利用ができるものとします。 4 各サプライヤーより参加した会員は、登録サプライヤーのサービスが利用できるものとし、サービスを利用するに当たり当該サプライヤーの規定に従うものとします。 5 会員は会員資格を第三者に利用させたり、貸与、譲渡、売買、質入等をしたりすることはできないものとします。 第2条（会員規約の変更） 当サイトは、本規約を事前の承諾通知なく変更することができるものとします。本規約を変更した場合、当サイトに関する一切の事項は変更後の規約によるものとします。 第3条（会員申込） 1 入会を希望する者（以下、「入会希望者」と言います。）は、会員となる本人がオンライン、または当会会員である紹介者を通じ登録申請書を提出することにより入会を申し込むものとします。 2 会員は、当サイトの定める方法による会員登録と同時に当サイトの紹介活動に参加出来るものとします。 2 会員資格と登録 （1）会員登録資格は満18歳以上とし、登録者本人氏名、年齢、性別、住所、電話番号、Eメールアドレス及びユーザー名、パスワード、登録者本人名義の金融機関口座を申請するものとします。 （2）登録希望者は当サイト参加サプライヤーまたは既存会員の紹介により登録するものとする。 （3）所定の登録画面よりオンライン、または当会会員である紹介者を通じ登録申請書を提出することにより入会を申し込むものとします。 （4）当サイトによる登録受理後参加会費を所定の方法により7日以内に支払うものとします。 （5）会員登録の確定は、当サイト指定金融機関口座への参加会費入金時点とします。 （6）会員は当サイトの用意する宣伝媒体を使用して紹介活動を行うことができるものとします。 3 参加会費及びエントリーポイント （1）参加会費は、各サプライヤーの定める所定費用に含まれ、各サプライヤーへの参加者は別途費用を必要としないものとします。ただし、シェアエイドドライブにて支援をする者は原則1口330円を1回または毎月支払うものとします。 （2）各サプライヤーへ参加せず、紹介活動のみ行うアフィリエイト登録者の参加会費は、登録時の330円からとします。 （3）アフィリエイト登録者の参加会費は、プレイス1、1サイクル目のエントリーポイントに充当されるものとします。 （4）有料会員参加者の参加会費支払いは期限は、登録申し込み日を含め7日以内とします。 （5）登録申し込み日より7日以内に所定会費の支払いがない場合、登録は抹消されるものとします。 （6）プレイス1、2サイクル目からのエントリーポイントは、前サイクル保有ポイントより自動的に引き落とすものとします。 （7）自動アップグレードにおいて、アップグレードエントリーポイントは、当該会員同一IDの前プレイスアカウント保有ポイントより当サイトにて引き落とすものとします。 （8）プレイス2からプレイス3の2サイクル目以降のエントリーポイントは、当該会員同一IDの前サイクル保有ポイントより当サイトにて引き落とすものとします。 （9）保有ポイントが不足している場合、不足分を現金にて支払うことができるものとします。 4 登録のキャンセル （1）会員登録を行った者は、随時登録をキャンセルできるものとします。 （2）収めた参加会費は、いかなる理由においても返金しないものとします。 5 ポイント付与（配当） （1）参加者は、当サイトが会員の収めた会費の一部より蓄積した資産より、当サイト規定による一定のライフサポートクリエイティブポイントを受け取れるものとします。 （2）参加者は、マルチティア型3列3段合計39アカウントより紹介料としてポイントが付与されるものとします。 （3）各Placeの規定最大ポイント付与数は下記の通りとなります。 Place-1：グループ1/3アカウントより各20ポイント計60ポイント　グループ2/9アカウントより各20ポイント計180ポイント　グループ3/27アカウントより各90ポイント計2,430　合計2,670ポイント Place-2：グループ1/3アカウントより各330ポイント計990ポイント　グループ2/9アカウントより各50ポイント計450ポイント　グループ3/27アカウントより各320ポイント計8,640　合計10,080ポイント Place-3：グループ1/3アカウントより各50ポイント計150ポイント　グループ2/9アカウントより各50ポイント計450ポイント　グループ3/27アカウントより各900ポイント計24,300　合計24,900ポイント （4）ライフサポートクリエイティブポイントは、会員参加人数やグループ事業の収益、RNA基金の総額により変動し、最大ポイントの付与を保証しないものとします。 （5）参加者は、当サイトを紹介し新規会員を募ることで一定のポイントを受け取ることが出来るものとします。 （6）メンバー各会員のアカウントに保有されたポイントを、ラプチャーシティRAPマーケットへ移転して商品の購入、交換に使用できるものとします。 （7）ラプチャーシティRAPマーケットへのポイント移転は、移転申請後5営業日以内に行うものとします。 （8）メンバー各会員のアカウントに保有されたポイントは、1ポイント1円換算の現金にて受け取ることができるものとします。ただし、シェアエイドドライブにて支援を受ける者は1ポイント1円換算とします。 （9）現金払い出しは、払い出し請求後の翌月10日または20日迄に会員が登録した会員同一名義の金融機関口座へ振込により支払うものとします。 （10）ポイントの有効期限は特に設けないものとします。 第5条（会員ＩＤおよびパスワードの管理） 1 会員は、会員登録時に登録した会員ＩＤ、パスワードの管理責任を負うものとします。 2 会員は会員ＩＤおよびパスワードを第三者に利用させたり、貸与、譲渡、売買、質入等をしたりすることはできないものとします。 3 会員ＩＤおよびパスワードの管理不十分、使用上の過誤、第三者の使用等による損害の責任は会員が負うものとし、 （4）全保有プレイスアカウントを、随時一度に退会できるものとします。 2 会員が死亡した場合、当サイトは当該会員法廷相続人がその権利を証明することにより当該会員アカウントを引き継ぐことを承認するものとします。 第9条（会員資格の停止・除名） 当サイトは、以下の事由がある場合、会員に何ら事前の通知または催告をすることなく、会員資格を一時停止し、または除名することができるものとします。 (1) 会員ＩＤまたはパスワードおよび当サイト並びに会員特典サイトを不正に使用しまたは使用させた場合 (2) 各サイクルエントリーポイントの支払いを拒否した場合 (3) 当サイトの定める回数以上のパスワードの入力ミスがある場合 (4) その他、会員が本規約および個別規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合 (5) その他、会員として不適格と当サイトが判断した場合 第10条（当サイトの変更および廃止） 当サイトは、いつでも当サイトの内容を事前の告知なく、変更しまたは廃止することができるものとします。変更または廃止に伴い、 会員に不利益や損害が発生した場合でも、当サイトはその責任を負わないものとします。 第11条（当サイトの中断、停止） 1 当サイトは、以下の何れかの事由に該当する場合、会員に事前に通知することなく当サイトの一部もしくは全部を一時中断、または停止することがあります。 (1) 当サイトは、当サイトの提供の一時中断、停止等の発生により、会員が被ったいかなる損害についても一切の責任を負わないものとします。 第12条（禁止行為） 1 会員は、当サイトの利用にあたって、以下各号の一に該当する行為またはそのおそれがある行為を行ってはならないものとします。 (1) 当サイトを不正の目的をもって利用する行為 (2) 当サイトは、会員に対しては、会員が当サイトを利用する際に、コンピュータウイルスなど有害なプログラム等による損害を受けないことを保証しないものとします。 5 当サイトは、会員に対しては、会員が当サイトを利用する際に使用するいかなる機器、ソフトウェアについても、その動作保証を一切しないものとします。 6 当サイトは、会員が当サイトを利用する際に発生する通信費用について、一切負担しないものとします。 7
